Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare center in Missouri is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team and help maintain high-level resident care.

You’ll provide personalized nursing care, monitor vitals, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with RNs and physicians. We offer a friendly team, flexible scheduling options, and a competitive pay package.

• Current Missouri LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Take vitals: blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
