Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with on-call Fridays.

The role emphasizes resident safety, compassionate care, and regulatory compliance within a 196-bed subsacute and long-term facility. The supervisor will mentor nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure timely documentation while supporting facility-wide

Qualifications

• Must possess current, active RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in healthcare settings with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
