North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. This position is part-time with a weekend schedule (7 am–7 pm every other weekend) and offers daily pay.

The role requires MA RN or LPN license, BLS certification, and at least five years of nursing experience with supervisory experience. You will oversee operations, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a collaborative

Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license (unencumbered) required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.
