Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, NJ, is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) for a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule. Join our weekend nursing team in a compassionate, resident-centered setting offering stability and a meaningful impact in two days.

The role requires an active NJ RN or LPN license and weekend availability; inpatient long-term care or rehab experience is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Reliable and available to work scheduled weekend shifts.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues.
