Fairmont Crossing Health & Rehab Center in Amherst, VA is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead the nursing team Friday–Sunday nights. You will supervise care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to deliver compassionate, resident-centered outcomes.

Active Virginia LPN or RN license, CPR/BLS, and LTC experience are required. We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and daily pay options to support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN or RN license required.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing preferred.

Pay rate range based on experience:

LPN: pay rate range: $35.00 per hour - $37.00 per hour

RN: pay rate range: $39.00 per hour- $42.00 per hour

Weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 pm -7:00 am

What You’ll Do:

Requirements:

• Active Virginia LPN or RN license
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods
• Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care
