Job summary

Brockton Post Acute Care is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am to 7:00pm. This role reports through Marquis Health Consulting Services and emphasizes high‑quality resident care, teamwork, and regulatory compliance in a 156-bed facility.

The position requires MA-licensed RN or LPN, BLS, and prior supervisory nursing experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate care and support staff across teams.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Five years nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.
