Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking an RN Supervisor for Hampden Post Acute, a 135-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. You will supervise daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications include MA RN license and BLS CPR, with 2+ years in nursing. Strong communication and leadership skills are required; training is provided for supervisory duties.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing care across shifts.
Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
Ensure compliance with physician orders and care plans.
