Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of nursing laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents and families about changes in condition or needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Lead with teamwork and professional leadership to foster a positive environment.
