Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, part-time. You’ll provide clinical leadership, oversee daily nursing operations, and help ensure safe, high‑quality resident care.

Requirements include an active MA RN license, valid BLS (CPR), and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Prior supervisory experience is not required, as training is provided, with strong communication and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to a positive work environment.
