Job summary

Springside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) for Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM to 7 PM. The role requires Massachusetts RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification, with leadership experience supervising weekend staff.

You will welcome new admissions, oversee discharges, supervise weekend RN/LPN and CNA staff, respond to family inquiries, and ensure high-quality resident care while supporting rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• MA RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred, with at least one year in long-term care.

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)

• Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
