Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead a busy unit on weekends. You will ensure high-quality resident care, supervise staff, and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and teamwork.

You will document meticulously, mentor new staff, participate in orientation, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to sustain unit integrity and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train staff.
