American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse – Supervisor for the evening shift to lead our behavioral unit with professionalism and compassion. The ideal candidate demonstrates superior nursing knowledge, a resilient leadership style, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining high standards of care and documentation.

You will manage the unit, mentor staff, and ensure timely documentation, while partnering with residents, families, and the DON

• Current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Commitment to resident care and upholding unit integrity.
• The Charge Nurse must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and adapt quickly to high-stress situations.
