Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our care team, maintain quality care, and remain positive under stress. The RN must be ready to adapt to any situation and supervise a dynamic behavioral unit.

This role supervises CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors, conducts audits, supports staff training, oversees medication passes, and ensures resident safety and dignity in all care activities.

Qualifications

• RN license required.

We are currently seeking a RN Weekend Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment's notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.
