PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN) for Saturdays and Sundays, 7am–7pm, in Keene, NH. You will have 24-hour accountability and on-call duties Fri–Mon, with compensation reflecting a $68,640–$81,120 annual range.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading weekend clinical operations, mentoring staff, managing staffing and budgets, and driving quality

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• A current license by the State Board of Nursing is required.
• A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must provide verification of TST as required by state law.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

• Lead weekend clinical operations with 24-hour accountability.

• Oversee staffing, budgeting, evaluations, promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions as needed.
