Job summary

Hackett Hill Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our weekend nursing team in Manchester, NH. This role carries 24-hour accountability and works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a current State Board of Nursing license, have a minimum of three years of clinical experience (with two years in long-term care and supervisory responsibilities), and maintain BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• A current license by the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Minimum of three years full-time clinical experience; two years in long-term care with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English for safety and communication.
• Verification of TB skin test as required by state law.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend nursing operations with 24-hour accountability.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff; coordinate with DON and other shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee administrative tasks and participate in discharge planning when needed.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and professional development.
