ATLASMD in Maryland seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee direct resident care and supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and delivering high-quality care.

You will educate, counsel, and evaluate staff, perform disciplinary actions as necessary, coordinate shifts and activities, and contribute to performance reviews and discharge planning to maintain residents’ wellbeing and safety.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
• Review and revise department policies and job descriptions as needed.
• Provide discipline and performance evaluations for staff.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with nursing personnel.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination of resident care.
• Report on shift activities and participate in quality assurance.
