Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) for weekend shifts to provide patient care coordination and act as on-site nursing leadership during off shifts. You will mentor nurses, coordinate Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ER and OR care, and support hospital administration to ensure continuity of care on a 24/7 basis.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, conflict resolution, and collaboration with department directors to meet organizational goals, with a focus on service quality and patient

Qualifications

• BSN or higher required with nursing degree.
• Minimum two years RN clinical experience (Med/Surg/ER/SCU/OB preferred).
• Current unrestricted RN license from the State of Iowa.
• Ability to interpret telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 clinical coordination and nursing leadership on weekends.
• Mentor and support nursing staff across units.
• Coordinate care and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Make staff staffing decisions and resource allocations.
• Serve as liaison between nursing staff and physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement and leadership meetings.
