Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Tarboro, NC is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure safe, continuous resident care. You will complete admissions and routine assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain clear documentation.

This role emphasizes infection control, interdisziplinarity, and timely communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
