Job summary

Briarwood Health Center by Harborview is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend coverage. This faith-based organization promotes a supportive environment with top pay and comprehensive benefits to care for caregivers as they care for residents.

The RN Supervisor will oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and complete admissions and routine resident assessments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids as applicable.
• Complete admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
