Job summary

MU Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Labor & Delivery team at Children’s Hospital in Columbia, MO. This on-site role covers weekend night shifts (7p–7:30a) with alternating schedules, and potential holiday coverage.

You will influence quality and clinical outcomes for mothers, newborns and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing OB triage coverage where needed. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri or multi-state RN with compact license.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery and OB triage.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs and plan care.
• Educate patients about medications and discharge planning.
• Provide quality patient care and work with multi-disciplinary teams.
