Job summary

Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
• One year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition and nursing needs, set goals, and prescribe nursing actions.
• Assess, intervene, and reassess patient's pain using scales (0-10, FACES, FLACC).
• Educate patients about medications and treatment plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Maintain standards of care and adhere to hospital policies.
