• One year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and plan discharge.
• Assess and respond to patient pain; use standard scales for assessment.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Maintain nursing standards and department policies; participate in teams and meetings.
