• Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire).
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Acts as staff nurse when needed and assumes delegated management duties.
• Contributes to Mercy Service Standards and mission-driven care.
