Job summary

Cretex Medical in Dassel, MN is seeking production operators to inspect, assemble and package medical components per customer specifications. You will use microscopes, calipers and gauges, read work instructions, and maintain a clean, 5S organized workspace.

You will operate production equipment, monitor part quality, perform basic preventive checks and record results in the ERP system. Cross-training across areas and strict adherence to ISO and QMS requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual and dimensional inspection per job specifications.
• Follows ISO/cGMP and Quality System requirements.
• Reads and follows work instructions and standard work.
• Cross-trains across manufacturing areas.
• Maintains a 5S organized work area.
• Understands quality history records and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per customer specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in assembly.
• Use sealing equipment for packaging.
• Label and package products for final presentation.
• Operate production equipment and monitor quality.
• Record quantities, process parameters, and hours in ERP.
• Collaborate with team and attend meetings.
