Job summary

Cretex Medical in Dassel, MN, is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team supporting sterile medical device components. You will operate production equipment, inspect parts, maintain clean work areas, and follow QMS/ISO requirements to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include assembling, labeling, packaging, recording production data in ERP, and cross-training across areas as needed. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safe handling of materials.

• Operate production equipment per work instructions and processes.
• Monitor part quality and machine performance; record data in ERP.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas and support ISO/QMS requirements.
