Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience or similar setting.
• Ability to read and follow written English instructions.
• Proficient with basic measurement tools and instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection tasks.
• Effective communication in English with team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components using microscopes, gauges, calipers, and measurement tools.
• Document production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely (isopropyl alcohol, detergents, solvents).
• Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S principles.
• Read and follow work instructions, standard work, and ISO/cGMP requirements.
