Job summary

Cretex Medical in Minnesota is hiring for an Assembler who will perform basic to advanced machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes in a medical device manufacturing environment. The role requires proficiency across production areas, troubleshooting, and following precise quality and safety standards.

You will set up production equipment, document records, and participate in continuous improvement, while maintaining a clean 5S workplace and complying with ISO/cGMP

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; higher level roles require more years.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete required documentation such as production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area and follow safety standards.
• Cross train across manufacturing areas and support ISO/cGMP requirements.
