Cretex Medical is seeking a Production Operator in Minnesota to perform assembly, inspection and secondary processes on multiple lines. The role requires precision, adherence to ISO/cGMP, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating advanced manual and semi-automated equipment, performing in-process quality checks, documenting production records, and cross-training across manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; higher level roles will require more years.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficient with basic math, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Operate production equipment and set up parameters; monitor quality and machine performance.
