Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Production Operator to support assembly, inspection and packaging of medical device components at our Minnesota facility. You will operate common production equipment, follow work instructions, and ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.

The role emphasizes cross-training across production areas, adherence to ISO and QMS standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while documenting production records and quality checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in assembly.
• Use sealing equipment for packaging.
• Perform labeling and final presentation of product.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions.
• Monitor part quality and machine performance.
• Perform basic preventive or operator-level machine checks.
• Cross-train in other production areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area.
• Complete quality history records and setup sheets.
