Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a PLC & Controls Maintenance Technician II for weekend night shifts to troubleshoot and maintain complex control systems. The role involves designing, debugging, and installing electrical/electronic controls, motors, transformers, and lighting across production equipment.

Qualifications include a two-year associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus CMMS proficiency.

• Two-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Computer and CMMS proficiency for part searches and work entry.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Design minor control circuits and debug electrical, PLC, and electronic controls for machinery.
• Find and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Install electrical/electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
• Mount motors, transformers, and lighting; complete circuits per diagrams.
• Monitor installed equipment for hazards, adjustments, and replacement needs.
