Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is hiring a 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician in Ripon, Wisconsin. The role focuses on designing and testing electrical circuits, troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and installing controls on manufacturing equipment.

Weekend night shift runs Friday through Sunday 4pm–4am, with a competitive hourly rate and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Qualified candidates hold a two-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of related experience; CMMS experience is

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to utilize a CMMS to search for parts and enter work orders.

Responsibilities

• Design and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLC and electronic circuits for machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Install electrical and electronic controls by reading schematics or blueprints.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams for wiring and panels; lay out and install electrical fixtures and equipment.
• Dismantle and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts; monitor equipment performance.
