Job summary

Preferred Parking Service, LLC in Asheville, NC is seeking a part-time Operations Attendant to enforce parking rules, assist customers, and operate entry/exit systems. You will use your own vehicle for mileage reimbursement and must have a valid driver's license.

Shifts are 3rd shift on weekends, 8-hour blocks from 12AM to 8AM, with occasional travel to multiple locations and mandatory background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, parking, or facility operations preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, and payments; provide information on rates and policies.
• Enforce parking rules and issue citations per company policy; maintain order and safety in parking areas.
• Monitor daily parking activities to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper use of spaces; operate gates and payment systems.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and operational checklists; report issues to supervisors promptly.
• Communicate facility status and needs to supervisors and team members.
