Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking a Weekend Operations Support Specialist to help manage scheduling, communication, and staffing for our Night Cleaning accounts over weekends. This entry-level role requires staffing industry experience and familiarity with janitorial or night cleaning operations.

You will coordinate schedules Friday through Monday, confirm shifts, monitor attendance, and assist with last-minute client staffing requests.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing agency experience required.
• Familiarity with janitorial or night cleaning staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update schedules for night cleaning assignments.
• Confirm employees for upcoming shifts.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and no-shows.
• Help find replacements for open shifts.
• Communicate schedules and details to employees.
• Respond to questions and weekend staffing issues.
• Assist with last-minute client staffing requests.
• Monitor active overnight assignments and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate employee notes and scheduling information.
• Provide updates to the Night Cleaning Operations team.
