Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking a Weekend Operations Support Specialist to help manage scheduling, communication, and staffing for our Night Cleaning accounts over weekends. This entry-level role requires staffing industry experience and familiarity with janitorial or night cleaning operations.

You will coordinate schedules Friday through Monday, confirm shifts, monitor attendance, and assist with last-minute client staffing requests.

Weekend Operations Support – Night Cleaning

Schedule: Friday – Monday
Staffing Industry Experience Required

We're looking for a Weekend Operations Support Specialist to support our Night Cleaning division. This position will help manage employee scheduling, communication, and staffing needs for our overnight cleaning accounts throughout the weekend.

This is an entry-level operations role, but previous staffing experience is required. We're looking for someone who understands the staffing industry and is familiar with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or night cleaning operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and update schedules for night cleaning assignments
• Confirm employees for upcoming shifts
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and no-shows
• Help find replacements for open shifts
• Communicate schedules, locations, and assignment details to employees
• Respond to employee questions and weekend staffing issues
• Assist with last-minute client staffing requests
• Monitor active overnight assignments and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate employee notes and scheduling information
• Provide updates and handoffs to the Night Cleaning Operations team

What We're Looking For

• Previous staffing agency experience REQUIRED
• Familiarity with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or night cleaning staffing strongly preferred
• Scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred
• Strong phone, text, and email communication
• Excellent organization and follow-up
• Comfortable working with a high volume of employees and assignments
• Able to handle last-minute changes and solve problems quickly
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Must be available Friday through Monday

You do not need to have worked as a cleaner. We are looking for someone who understands the staffing side of the cleaning industry and can help keep our weekend operations organized and fully supported.
