Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients per essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Support outpatient program tasks and document patient observations (behavior, vital signs, significant events).
• Assist nursing staff with patient care and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with meal coordination and patient needs.
