Responsibilities

• Document patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and significant occurrences.
• Assist nurses and activity directors in delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate lunch distribution and maintain kitchen cleanliness post-meal.
• Attend to patients' needs during lunchtime and support daily living activities.
• Support patients with diaper changes, bathing, and feeding as needed.
• Oversee overall facility cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.
