Magnolia Street, Phoenix, AZ, with duties spanning troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Relevant certification or degree in maintenance is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills are essential for documentation.
• Must be self-directed, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pumps and plumbing systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and project assistance as needed.
• Prioritize and complete service requests promptly.
• Conduct electrical measurements and diagnose issues.
• Inspect production equipment regularly and document findings.
• Develop preventative maintenance procedures to reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
