Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift facility maintenance technician in Phoenix to maintain equipment and the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes including OSHA.

You will perform preventative maintenance, repair manufacturing equipment and peripheral systems, and use a CMMS to schedule PMs and log downtime, while keeping spare parts on hand and supporting safety and cleanliness. This role emphasizes safety and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Advanced technical degree or college preferred.
• Prior facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and facility through preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure facility meets safety regulations/OSHA requirements.
• Use CMMS to schedule PMs, log repairs and downtime.
• Repair manufacturing equipment and peripheral support equipment (pumps, compressors, dryers).
• Assist with installation, relocation and decommissioning of equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and source parts/tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support interior painting and minor repairs.
