Job summary

Agile, part of Home Brands Group LLC, is hiring a Maintenance Technician I in Phoenix, AZ. The role runs on a 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm after training on the first shift; pay is $22.00–$24.00/hour, DOE. It is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.

The technician ensures equipment runs smoothly and processes produce quality parts through quick troubleshooting and teamwork. Safety, preventive maintenance, and reliability are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Minimum of 3 years previous maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, plumbing and welding.
• Experience troubleshooting automation systems and PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift and/or stand-up reach lift.
• Must pass a background check, including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems and equipment by implementing a preventive plan.
• Troubleshoot issues to root cause and fix quickly.
• Ensure processes produce quality parts and maintain safety standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Repair or replace faulty components and assist with improvements.
