Senior Resource Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Receptionist for a PRN role with weekend shifts. You will monitor entry security, greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and assist with general office needs. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The role offers weekend availability with shifts from 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with pay anticipated at $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and a pleasant, happy demeanor are key for this role.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience for the receptionist position.

Responsabilités

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign-in at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; route messages as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs, e.g. postage, copies, faxes, notary public, etc.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
