Carilion Clinic is seeking a Clinical Administrator for Franklin, weekend nights (Friday–Sunday, 7pm–7am) at the Rocky Mount facility. This role provides leadership, manages resources, and supports staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across service areas.

The position requires a Virginia RN license, BSN preferred or 4 years of nursing experience, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months. It emphasizes collaboration with administration, physicians, and department leaders to achieve service

Qualificações

• Graduate of a state approved School of Nursing; BSN preferred or 4 years of nursing experience.
• Virginia RN license required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• Demonstrates leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and accountability for resource utilization across the organization. Facilitates effective two-way communication and resolution of work site operational issues in support of service line goals.
• Acts as administrative and clinical resource across departments after hours and coordinates triage with CTaC and leadership.
• Coordinates and manages staffing to ensure safe, high-quality care and supports nursing staff across the hospital.
• Serves as throughput liaison and problem-solver for census management and patient flow.
• Participates in emergency response activities and serves as a clinical expert and facility resource.
