Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. is seeking a Night Auditor for the GUEST SERVICES department. The part-time role involves posting and balancing room, restaurant, and bar charges, greeting late arrivals, handling check-ins/outs, and supporting the PM shift with timely communication to Corporate Office.

Responsibilities include running audit reports, preparing revenue summaries, and resolving discrepancies, while maintaining system integrity and guest satisfaction during the late shift.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience as Night Auditor for a name-brand hotel chain (preferred brands listed).
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates planning and organizational ability.
• Able to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing needs.

Responsabilités

• Run audit reports/journals from Front Office Systems.
• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing system accounts and journals for F&B operations.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
• Ensure reports and backups are complete and filed for Accounting Manager.
