Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. is seeking a Night Auditor to balance room, restaurant, and bar folios, greet late arrivals, and assist with check-ins/outs during the PM shift.

The role requires handling reports, payables, and system maintenance while ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate accounting across front desk operations. Strong knowledge of front desk systems, accounting procedures, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years as Night Auditor in a name-brand hotel chain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid planning and organizational ability.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with guest accounting and front desk systems.

Responsabilités

• Run audit reports and journals from Front Office Systems.
• Prepare daily revenue reports for food & beverage operations.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and adjustments for daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly; reset systems.
• Ensure reports and backups are filed and distributed to Accounting.
• Assist guests during check-in/check-out and answer inquiries.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and back office cleanliness.
• Support hotel safety procedures and brand standards.
