The Night Auditor role handles overnight audit processes, daily revenue reporting, and guest services, including late-night check-ins and guest requests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
• Basic auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
• Experience handling cash and accounting procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check front office records for accuracy and summarize daily financials.
• Track room revenue, occupancy, and key hotel statistics.
• Prepare daily cash/revenue reports for management.
• Post charges to guest accounts and verify postings.
• Balance day’s charges and correct discrepancies.
• Handle check-ins/outs and guest requests during overnight shift.
• File reservations and monitor promos.
• Respond to guest needs and issues.
