Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks an NDT Technician Lv 1 for the Titanium X-Ray weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00am–6:30pm). Training will occur Mon-Fri prior to the schedule.

You'll perform quality inspections using X-Ray, Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle methods, certify products, and maintain traceability to customer specifications, collaborating with engineers on scrap and process issues. You may assist with paperwork and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Meets requirements to certify in RT, PT and/or MP.
• Able to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Certifies product in conformance with customer specifications and maintains traceability.
• Performs penetrant, X-ray, and magnetic particle inspections and interprets results.
• Operates and calibrates NDT equipment; performs quality checks and paperwork.
