Salary: $550/day + travel pay

Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors providing services to military service members.

Work primarily on weekends with some weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, across various locations including remote installations. Active NP licensure, CPR/BLS, and military health knowledge are preferred. Background checks and E-Verify apply.

Qualifications

Active NP license in the state where assignments occur.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
Knowledge of military systems, protocols and terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
