603 Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support safe medication administration and quality resident care. You'll work with licensed nursing staff, document administrations, and monitor residents for changes.

Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, observing conditions, and assisting with resident-care tasks, within scope of practice. Training provided; join us to serve locals with compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.
