Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications per physician orders and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete related tasks.
• Maintain safe medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and manage discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties within your role.
