Job summary
Langdon Place of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a compassionate Medication Nursing Assistant to join our weekend nursing team. This 16-hour-per-week role offers Saturday and Sunday shifts (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 PM-7:00 AM) with the potential for additional hours at Cedar Healthcare Center.

Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing.
- Experience in senior living/long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, reliable and resident-focused.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
- Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
- Observe residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered care.
- Maintain safety, dignity, privacy and independence of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and care team.
- Follow infection control and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.
