Job summary

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine medical concerns and readiness.
• Identify immediate concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in military records using the proprietary system.
